  Terms & Conditions for Workshops

  • Payment: Full payment is required in advance to secure your workshop booking.

  • Refunds: We offer a full refund if you let us know at least 5 days before the workshop.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the workshop, or failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund (all ingredients/materials are prepared in advance).

  • Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? Please contact us at least 5 days in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

By booking a workshop, you agree to these terms.

  • Terms & Conditions for Courses

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €50 is taken at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before the course start date.

  • Refunds & Cancellations:

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the course, we will refund your balance (your deposit is retained as an administration fee).

  • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the course, or no-shows, forfeit both deposit and any further payments.

  • Transfers & Rescheduling: If you need to transfer to a different course date, please let us know at least 14 days in advance; we will apply your deposit to the new date.
